Our boys gymnastics program has an emphasis on balance, form, fitness, safety, strength, and flexibility while also having fun. This program operates on a bi-weekly schedule switching between two/three events a week. Rings, floor, vault and bars will be worked on while also reinforcing basic skills in gymnastics.
